I’m off to Japan, Taiwan, and S. Korea next week, and I hope to go again this time because I want to, not because I’m running from reality, but reflecting now, I’m not confident that I’m there yet. My first instinct whenever life feels out of control is to fuck off and travel for a while, and I tried my best to face the music this year and just stay put, but I think it’s time.
It’s been a year of growth and exploration in many sense of that word, and just pouring into everything that makes me happy, be it painting or going to concerts or learning to skate or learning the Succession song on the keyboard. I’m lost af, but I’m just trying my best to be happy by doing what I want, whenever I want, and living life to the fullest and cherishing people in my life along the way.
