Este mes de julio he estado estudiando y trabajando desde donde se puede: un poco en casa, un poco al aire libre, y el iPad siempre viene conmigo. Desde que tengo el protector de no lo suelto, porque escribir o dibujar con esa textura tipo papel es otra cosa. Estudiar en Semana Santa puede parecer complicado porque es una época de descanso, procesiones, viajes, familia⦠pero si lo organizas bien, puedes disfrutar y estudiar sin sufrir. Aquà te dejo algunos consejos que a mi me ayudan siempre que tengo que estudiar en estas fechas.
1. Acepta que no es una semana normal de clase π₯²
No intentes estudiar como si fuera una semana de clase. Adapta tu ritmo y tus expectativas. Estudiar 2-4 horas bien aprovechadas al dΓa es mΓ‘s realista que tratar de meter 8.
2. Aprovecha los tiempos muertos β³
ΒΏViajas? Lleva resΓΊmenes, tarjetas de estudio o podcasts sobre el tema.
ΒΏEsperas en una procesiΓ³n? Lee algo ligero o repasa mentalmente.
No todo estudio tiene que ser con el libro abierto, prueba a leer tus esquemas para repasar mientas estas esperando o simplemente. Mientras que estΓ‘s con el mΓ³vil.
3. Planifica con flexibilidad ποΈ
Haz un mini calendario solo para estos dΓas:
- Bloques de estudio por la maΓ±ana (cuando estΓ‘s mΓ‘s fresco).
- Tardes o noches para planes sociales, procesiones o descanso.
π AsΓ sientes que haces de todo sin culpa.
4. Estudia en bloques cortos pero intensos

EmpecΓ© dividiendo el tiempo en bloques de 25 minutos con descansos de 5. Esta tΓ©cnica, llamada Pomodoro, me ayudΓ³ a mantener la concentraciΓ³n sin sentirme agobiada. DespuΓ©s de cuatro bloques, hice una pausa mΓ‘s larga de 15 minutos para despejarme β¨
VarΓe las actividades: primero leΓ unos apuntes, luego hice un esquema y finalmente acabΓ© haciendo ejercicios prΓ‘cticos. Cambiar de tarea evitΓ³ que me aburriera. AdemΓ‘s, establecΓ pequeΓ±os objetivos para cada bloque, como βresumir dos pΓ‘ginasβ o βresolver cinco problemasβ. Ver cΓ³mo avanzaba me motivaba a seguir π€π».
PreparΓ© un rincΓ³n de estudio cΓ³modo, con buena luz y sin distracciones. Puse mΓΊsica instrumental suave de fondo, lo que me ayudΓ³ a concentrarme mejor. β€οΈ
Al final, me di cuenta de que la clave estΓ‘ en enfocarse en el proceso de aprendizaje y no en el tiempo. Con estos pequeΓ±os cambios, estudiar cuatro horas fue mΓ‘s fΓ‘cil de lo que imaginaba.
