Esther's Cookery
Na tien mooie jaren vol kookworkshops, diners en bijzondere ontmoetingen in De Pijp, slaat Esther’s Cookery een nieuwe weg in. In onze nieuwe winkel vind je een zorgvuldig geselecteerd assortiment vegetarische producten, specerijen, tahin, smaakmakers, kookboeken en ingrediënten waar we zelf graag mee koken. Daarnaast werken we met bijzondere seizoensgebonden kruiden en specerijen uit eigen moestuin, die we zelf drogen, verwerken en soms inmaken — kleinschalig en ambachtelijk en uiteraard biologisch.
Wat begon als een plek waar samen koken en eten centraal stond, groeit nu verder als een winkel voor iedereen die houdt van goed eten, bijzondere smaken en bijzondere ingrediënten. Nog steeds vegetarisch, grotendeels plantaardig en altijd vanuit de overtuiging dat groenten, kruiden en specerijen op zichzelf al bijzonder genoeg zijn.
Je bent van harte welkom in de nieuwe winkel aan de Robijnstraat 14. Ook de online shop blijft gewoon beschikbaar.

Deze eigen oogst rosa damascena is hand geplukt en daarna op lage temperatuur langzaam gedroogd, zodat het parfum en de smaak bewaard blijven zoals de roos bedoeld is.
Nu liggen ze in de winkel, klaar om mee naar huis te gaan.

Behalve het verhuizen, breken en bouwen ja hij al hard bezig met mooie plannen, nieuwe ideeën en een frisse energie in de winkel.
Zoals je van kan verwachten, komt er volop ruimte voor kruiden en planten.
Ook gaat Jaier het drogen en inmaken verder uitbreiden, zodat hij nog meer kan doen met alle heerlijke groenten uit de moestuin 🌿
Het nieuwe adres is Robijnstraat 14. Sta je in de Lutmastraat? Loop dan vooral even de hoek om naar de Robijnstraat. Wij zijn die mooie witte deur met de Kruidwagen ervoor.

Vanaf nu zijn we iedere donderdag, vrijdag en zaterdag open van 11.00 tot 17.00 uur.
Ook online bestellen kan weer gewoon en we verzenden op maandag, woensdag en vrijdag.
De Kruidwagen staat weer voor de deur en Jaier gaat de winkel een nieuwe, uitgebreidere vorm geven. We zijn zó blij dat we op deze manier toch door kunnen gaan.
De grote opening volgt in september, maar voor nu: kom vooral gezellig langs, kijk rond en vier dit nieuwe begin met ons ✨
Ik heb nog geen duidelijk idee over wat ik precies ga doen, maar stoppen met koken? Dat zit er voorlopig tochniet in.
De komende weken kook ik daarom bij mensen thuis tijdens verschillende cateringen. Er staat zelfs al een workshop gepland op een andere locatie en ondertussen roept de mooie nieuwe ruimte aan de Robijnstraat om lange tafels, volle borden en gezellige diners.
In mijn hoofd borrelt het ondertussen van de ideeën. Geen kookworkshops zoals in de Gerard Doustraat, maar iets anders… en misschien juist wel heel erg leuk.
Dus houd vooral de agenda in de gaten, want aanschuifdiners, workshops en meer komen eraan ✨
