The has to be the most unique place I’ve ever filmed. Located in the heart of Gettysburg, this property, like so many nearby farms, became a makeshift hospital during the Civil War. There’s even a bloody footprint stained into the original hardwood floor!
came here to tour the property, learn more about its history and breakdown how it was acquired for no money down.
Shout out to and her partners for renovating this into a beautiful boutique hotel and letting us stay the night. Luckily no ghosts were seen… 😅

I’ve been filming in his car for almost 5 years now but this is the first time I ever thought to use a tripod while driving and it worked so well!
The camera barely moved (no more than my hands or body normally would in the car) and with the camera’s in body active stabilization, the result was a super smooth and clean shot.
My hands are already thanking me 🙏🏼😂

Chad isn’t just another successful entrepreneur / guru telling you to grind it out and to never have a life.
Quite the opposite…
He truly embodies what he preaches which is all about being authentic and present.
Whether you’re with family, friends, at work or even at a retreat like this; the goal is to be fully present with the people you’re with.
I’ve never seen so many engaged members at a retreat like this. Literally every single person was focused, taking notes and not on their phone getting distracted with notifications or work.
They were simply PRESENT.
Chad is also someone who is extremely dedicated to his wife and kids who are the most important things in his life. Which sadly not a lot of people can say they do.
I’ve even seen him leave a major event early like the Kentucky Derby because he didn’t want to miss his son’s basketball game.
Now THAT is being dedicated and PRESENT with his family.
I had so much fun documenting this retreat and getting to know so many of the wonderful people who attended as well as Chad’s own team.
I mean, how can you beat being on the beach for 2 days?!
