Tonight I stepped away from the chaos. I love my family more than anything, but it's important now more than ever that I also make sure myself is taken care of. Once dinner was out of the way, and baths were taken, teeth were brushed and stories were read, I stepped away.
Even simply allowing myself ten minutes for meditation has reeled my emotions back in.
