Das Ensemble taucht in die tschechische und slowakische Musikszene mit Werken junger Komponist*innen wie Pavel Šabacký, Barbora Tomášková oder Slavomír Hořínka. Unter der Leitung der ukrainischen Dirigentin Ustina Dubitsky. Auf dem Programm steht außerdem die „Hommage an Vladimír Holan“ von Marek Kopelent – eine wichtige Stimme der tschechischen Nachkriegsavantgarde, die lange Zeit unterdrückt wurde – erstmals in Frankfurt zu hören.
Das Konzert findet parallel zur Buchmesse statt, die in diesem Jahr Tschechien als Ehrengast begrüßt.
