پسا فرار اشرف غني از افغانستان وتسليمي كشور به گروه طالبان مشکلات زیاد ي را برای مردم بوجود اورده است كه جامعه جهانی و آمریکا به تهدات خود به مردم افغانستان وفا نكردند چون این روند خلاف تمام تهدات جامعه جهاني براي مردم افغانستان صورت كرفت
همچنان افزود: ما در طول بیست سال شاهد رشد چشم گیر در عرصه هاي مختلف در كشور بوديم با تاسف كه تمام ظرفیت ها توسط گروه طالبان به نابودی کشانده شد
فرار اشرف غني و بي تفاوتي جامعه جهانی سرنوشت يك ملت را كه به یک گروه تروریستی واگذار کردند و فعلا مردم افغانستان بخاطر آزادی، تعلیم و تربیه فرزندان شان هر روز قربانی می دهند و طالبان از سلاح های بجاه مانده آمریکایی ها در برابر مردم استفاده می کنند و همچنان کمک های چهل میلیون دالری بنام کمک رسانی بشر دوستانه به مردم افغانستان نمی رسد بلکه گروه طالبان بخاطر عملکرد های گروه تروریستی شان از آن کمک ها غیر قانونی استفاده میکنند.
و در بخش از صحبت های خود افزود: مبارزه مردم افغانستان بخاطر یک نظام غیر متمرکز و ارزشگر به ارزش های تاریخی است که باید جامعه جهانی در قبال مردم بي دفاع افغانستان مسوليت دارند
سپس اعضایی هیئت آمریکایی ها از پرسشها و پاسخ های آقای اغبر اظهار قدر دانی نمودند و بسیاری از نظرات شان را مورد تاید قرار داده گفتند
بدون شک ما از مردم افغانستان معذرت می خواهیم و مردم آمریکاه و جمهوری خواهان با یک چنین خروج نیروها راضی نبودند بلکه دولت آقای بایدن یک مقدار از قضایا و تحولات افغانستان بی اعتنا و سطحی گذشت
همچنان گفتند بعد از انتخابات ، پارلمان و کانگریس بدون وقفه از وزارت خارجه دولت بایدن، اسناد علل و دلیل خروج نیروی های آمریکایی را از افغانستان مطالبه کردند تمام این گفتمان ها با جریانات سیاسی و چهره های مخالف طالبان بخاطر، جمع آوری معلومات و نظرخواهی بخاطر نجات مردم افغانستان است كه مسوليت بيشتر اين وضعيت به داكتر خليل زاد و وزارت خارجه بر مي گردد
