Quienes no se pueden conectar en ese horario, reciben la grabación y se comprometen a realizarla, nos avisan en el grupo de whatsapp cuando la hayan realizado, nos apoyamos entre todos.
La promesa es aprender a ser consistente y darte un espacio, una hora para ti, pase lo que pase. Y en estos tiempos en los que tenemos tanto de todo y nada, ese espacio se vuelve un oasis para empezar la semana con una intención clara. Cada semana cultivamos una observancia y vamos avanzando juntos.
