Smoked Sausage Pull-Apart Bread
Ingredients (per roll):
• 1 Empire Bread Club dinner roll
• 1 tbsp butter, melted
• Sliced smoked kielbasa
Cheese mixture (for 4 rolls):
• ⅓ block cream cheese, softened
• ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
• ¼ cup shredded cheddar
• 1 can chopped green chiles
Instructions:
1️⃣ Let rolls fully defrost before cutting.
2️⃣ Slice each roll into a grid, being careful not to cut all the way through.
3️⃣ Tuck sliced smoked kielbasa into the cuts.
4️⃣ Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, and green chiles until smooth.
5️⃣ Stuff the cheese mixture generously into all the cuts.
6️⃣ Brush each roll with melted butter (about 1 tbsp per roll).
7️⃣ Bake at the time and temperature listed on the package until golden and melty.
8️⃣ Serve warm and pull apart.
