Franks hot wings, chilli & lime flavour pasta salad, slaw, halloumi, salad & garlic bread. Now sat watching McDonald & Dodds on the sofa, very content but also ridiculously clammy 🙂
I’ve accidentally been in the pub both Friday & Saturday like a typical Brit when the sun comes out. 🙃 Looking forward to getting stuck into a new week though. Praying it is a better week at work than the last bcos if not I may commit a crime 🤠 (for legal reasons I am joking)
Here I am again posting after completely neglecting this account 🙃 life just got reaaal busy, but I am now married, had the best hen dos in Marbella & London, had a gorgus lil mini moon in Greece & just had sooo much fun all round! The wedding blues have been real strong.
Going to try & get back into posting because I still love making & eating delicious food.
Is it just me or are the McCains naked oven chips exactlyyyyy the same as nandos chips?! Wings seasoned in shit loads of peri peri. My fav type of dinner 🤩
Look at this steak feast though! This is exactlyyyy how I like my steak. I also could live off tenderstem broccoli, fried with garlic & salt is without a doubt the best way to have it!
I’m going to try and remember to post on here more often because I am eating some gooood food as alwayssss

Fried off the chicken & red pepper in gyros seasoning that I got from somewhere & for the life of me I can’t find it again! But it was delicious. Then I made a greek salad with cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, feta, mixed herbs and s&p. Started building my bowl with some rocket, pickled red onions, chilli peppers, tzatziki, chipz & halloumi. We also had a flat bread (completely unnecessary)
All of it mixed together was delicious and I’ll absolutely be having again!

Nothing better than Sunday roast, red wine & catch up with bestie Bob. (Not that I had a roast)
Very rogue of me to go for a pork belly rather than a roast but faaak me it was absolutely outrageous & was on buttery smoooth mash with crispy kale. I think I could eat that daily for weeks on end. We absolutely did not need a 3-course meal and bottle of wine but gotta treat yourself haven’t you!!
Can’t believe it’s Monday again tomorrow & March this week for f sake 🤯🤯 another week where I’m still not a millionaire and just going to work, give me strength

Once I’ve flattened the patty & fried off, I assemble the brichoe bun, lettuce, green peppers, jalapeños, tomatoes, gherkins, fried onions, plastic cheese, ketchup, Frenchs mustard (elite) anddddd crispy onions too. Then wrap in foil/greaseproof & into the air fryer for 5 mins!
There’s a little slither of lettuce on my plate too for balance xxx
Also Charlie’s double patty, double cheese… double everything burger in the background gets a 10/10 too.

One of the best comfort meals ever & the perfect Sunday evening winter dish. Unbelievably easy to make! Milk, flour and eggs for the batter, some delish meaty sosedgez & veggies on the side!
I can’t lie, this is from a couple weeks ago, & today I overindulged in a 3 course meal at the pub & felt violently ill afterwards 🥲 now another week back on the calorie counting in prep for our wedding..

This ramen was from the NXXDS counter and everything about it was just unreal!! The jammy egg, Japanese fried chicken, spiciness, flavour packed broth… all just stunning stunning ✔️
I actually had this twice whilst home across a week period because it was just sooo good 🤩
Can’t believe how many good food places Norwich has since I moved to London! Granted 10 years ago but stillllll, always amazed by the amount of restaurants to choose from now.
Also if anyone can please help me with ramen recipes I’d be VERY grateful!

Howling at my second pic, pretty awful camera skills really.
Shoved it all in on low for about 6-8 hours. I used a white onion, 2 x carrots really thinly diced, beef stock, 200ml red wine, beef, 2 tea spoons of lazy garlic, tsp of mixed herbs, good squeeze of tomato paste, half a tsp of rosemary, chopped tomatoes and a couple bay leaves. AThe beef just fell apart after the 8 hour slow cook!
Didn’t even bother browning off the meat & honestly, I couldn’t tell the difference! 100000% recommend
