Invisible to Investable - Ep. 4: Your most viral videos won’t be scripted.

I know it feels safer to script every word, plan every transition, and rehearse until it’s perfect. But that’s exactly what’s holding your content back.

The videos that actually go viral are the ones where you just hit record and talk like you’re updating a friend. No fancy hook. No three hour scripting session. Just honest and real.

You don’t need perfect lighting, a killer hook, or a niche topic if what you’re saying actually matters to someone. Authenticity cuts through all the noise.

The shift is happening. People are tired of being sold to. They want to feel like they know you, not like they’re watching an ad.
So stop waiting until everything is perfect.

I am so excited to share more in this series. Drop any questions below and I’ll keep going:))

Stay salty and strong

Invisible to Investable - Ep. 3: Your hook doesn’t matter. (kind of).

Before you come for me, yes, the first 3 seconds matter. You do need to stop the scroll.

But obsessing over the perfect hook while ignoring the rest of your video is backwards.

View time is the metric that actually matters.

Social platforms push content people watch all the way through. A killer hook means nothing if everyone swipes once you start talking.

Stop spending hours perfecting your hook and five minutes on the rest of your content.

The middle matters.
The ending matters.
Retention is what gets your video shown to more people.

Focus on creating content people can’t help but engage with and share, not just videos that make them stop scrolling and feel empty afterward.

There’s a real shift happening right now. Consumers are more wary of click-baity content and being sold to constantly. People want to feel like your friend, not collateral in your strategy to rack up views.
Invisible to Investable Ep. 2: Stop trying to niche down.

The problem with niching down your content is that you’re not one dimensional, and your audience isn’t either.

When trying to build a community or land your dream partnership, having a clear value add is crucial - People ABSOLUTELY need to understand what they’re getting from following you, whether thats knowledge, entertainment, or inspiration.

BUT that doesn’t mean you can’t show the different sides of yourself. After all, I’m sure you’ve heard a million times that authenticity is the number one non negotiable in creating content that will go viral.

So, if you’re a multi-passionate person, you will attract a multi-passionate audience… what’s wrong with that?? If those are the people who actually engage, invest, and believe in what you’re building, that’s who you want in your corner.

Take a second to think - do you feel the most connected to multi faceted or single focus accounts?
Welcome to Invisible to Investable! A series where I teach you how to build a personal brand people actually want to invest in.

Episode 1: Industry recommendations I massively disagree with

This series is for founders, creators, athletes, and anyone building something they want people to believe in. Whether you’re raising capital, landing clients, or trying to partner with your dream company - your personal brand matters.

Social media isn’t just for influencers. It’s a tool that can make you investable. And most people are using it completely wrong. We’re going deep every week & part 2 is coming soon!!

What social media topics do you want me to cover next?
$300 gluten-free haul ~70 mile weeks* 🛒🏃‍♀️
Fueling like this isn’t cheap, and it’s definitely not simple when everything has to be gluten-free.

Through a lot of trial & error, I’ve finally landed on a baseline that actually supports the work I’m asking my body to do. I need a lot of food right now to handle heavy training weeks, recover well, and show up fully, in sport and in life.

Because I have celiac, everything has to be gluten-free. But celiac or not, performance suffers when fueling is an afterthought. You can’t expect your body to do hard things without giving it enough to work with.

*I’m now dealing with a little injury but doing the equivalent in cross training, and keeping my fueling the same!!!
** also I actually think I’ve been feeling a bit sick because it’s so dry in my apartment (20% humidity…) so I ordered a humidifier hahah will keep y’all updated 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’m your biggest fan

so sad y’all were sold out (guess I have to run to!!)

What’s your favorite carb fuel for heavy training weeks?

#groceryhaul #glutenfree #celiac #sportsnutrition #runningfuel
now we just need a Denver team 👀🏐🤍

alsoooo go!!!! Big game tn!!!
A dream trip 🥹🍏🏔️🫶🏼

pinching myself after spending the most beautiful 3 days in the mountains with 30 creators from all over the world putting the new AirPods, Apple Watch, and iPhone 17 pro to the test:)

I will never take opportunities like this for granted, especially when they’re in my new home city of Boulder!!! Overwhelmed with gratitude & awe for the entire Apple team making us all feel like family.

from the Boulder Apple office tour, to yoga & lunch on Flagstaff Mountain, to a GORGEOUS hike & run testing out dual camera mode on the iPhone, AirPods heart rate detection, and even satellite SOS contact from the Apple Watch, it was truly the experience of a lifetime we all agreed we couldn’t have even dreamt up.

now this week we are back to regular training - just w my fancy Apple Watch:))

& of course, all #shotoniphone17pro 🤍
