Quel desiderio di bambina è poi diventato realtà.
Oggi, con la toga sulle spalle, porto con me lo stesso entusiasmo, lo stesso senso di giustizia, ma una nuova consapevolezza: essere avvocata significa ascoltare, comprendere, proteggere. Significa esserci, con preparazione e rispetto, nelle battaglie di altri, ma che diventano un po’ le proprie.
Oggi, quello spirito di giustizia che mi animava da bambina, si traduce nella volontà di rendere il sapere giuridico più vicino alle persone.
Così, ho deciso di creare questo spazio di confronto professionale per due motivi:
per condividere le novità del mondo legale che possano interessare tutti.
Ma anche per suggerire consigli pratici ed orientamenti legali per la vita di tutti i giorni: perché il diritto non dovrebbe mai essere un labirinto incomprensibile, ma uno strumento di tutela accessibile a tutti.
