2年前、台湾での沖道ヨガ合宿からのご縁を頂き
長崎県佐世保市酵素断食ヨガ合宿に参加しました。
台湾🇹🇼からも参加、長崎のお友達とは5年ぶりの再会！
合宿も参加してくれて最後まで笑いが絶えない合宿でしたね笑
ヨガ合宿の断食なので身体はしっかり動かしますよ！
痩せる為の目的と思われますか？
人によって効果は様々。
腸と脳は関連しているので、思考の変化もありますね。
私は、講座担当をさせて頂き断食合宿に合わせて
身体も心もスッキリする内容をご紹介。
息の切り替えの練習は、自分の気持ちを息にのせて発声。
身体も思いのままに動かします。
お一人お一人の息が太く、強く、長く、気持ち良く出ていました！
参加者の方の感想で自分の息の長さに驚かれた方や
終わった後のスッキリ感を感じられた方など。
私も思いっきり出し切りました！
断食については、ヨガレッスンでまたお話しますね〜♬
参加させて頂き良かったです。
合宿後は、世界遺産長崎と天草地方の潜伏キリシタン関連遺産を見てみたいと思い調べてみると佐世保からフェリーで50分の所に世界文化遺産がある黒島があり行きました。
黒島天主堂は、レンガ造りの大聖堂。
コウモリ天井にステンドグラス、土台は黒島産の御影石、
内陣は有田焼のタイルが敷かれていて当時の完成をみんなで
喜んだ様子が伺えました。
夜は星空観察✨
アプリという優れもののおかげで漠然と星空を眺めるのではなく星座も見れましたー！
相浦駅は、高台に駅があり相浦港が見渡せます。
トンネルを通って階段を上がる珍しい構造です！
先生、参加された方々、一緒に行ってくれた仲間、
家族に感謝します✨
また長崎で会いましょう！

自分の身体の重みでじわじわと背骨、首を伸ばし、内臓下垂の
修正にもなるロープシルシ。
見た目は怖そうに見える方もいらっしゃいますが、実際体験
してみるとはまりますよ！
ちなみに私もはまった1人。
家を建てる時に「取り付けたい！」と思い実現しました✨
今日も自然療法の足湯、こんにゃく湿布など色んな事しました！
特に盛り上がったのは「息の切替の声出し」🤣

小麦粉に水を加え、薄く伸ばして茹で、
季節の野菜を入れた汁物。
400年前の藩政時代農民の米の代用食
だった。
登米地方を治めていた領主が農民が
米作りを疎かにするのではと心配し
この料理をハレの日以外に食べる事を禁止
「法度」するようになり、それ以来「はっと」
と呼ばれるようになったともいわれている
そうです。
それくらい美味しいんです😊
酵素玄米で腸がスッキリする方も
いらっしゃいました。

毎年恒例の手作りシフォンケーキ🎂
今回はバナナシフォンケーキ🍌
ろうそくの数がだいぶ多くなりました。
いつも誕生日になると思い出す。
出産当時は、転勤で沖縄に住んでいた主人が
1日1便しかない沖縄→仙台便の飛行機に乗って
立ち会い出産してくれた事。間に合いました！
前日だったら台風だったので良かった。
生後3ヶ月で仙台から沖縄の飛行機に息子と乗り、沖縄上空で9月の暑い空気を感じたのを今でも覚えています。
それから沖縄→仙台→札幌→名古屋→大阪→広島→仙台
と引越しました。
転校も多く
幼稚園2カ所
小学校3カ所
中学校2カ所
高校1カ所
全国の色んな地域で新しい生活と悲しいお別れを
繰り返しよくがんばったな〜と思います。
各地では良いお友達との出会いが多く、楽しく過ごしていました。
今まで住んでいて遊んでいたお友達と
また会って遊んで頂けたら嬉しいです。
この経験からどんな大人になるのかなー。
3年前新居に引越しした春に息子と蒔いた種が毎年数を増やして咲いてくれます。
ネモフィラいっぱいの庭になるのも楽しみ♬
2日間の短い時間でしたが、内容がギュッと詰まっていました。
11年ぶりの札幌。
以前住んでいた思い出の場所です。
観光は札幌駅前の撮影だけでしたが、駅前に立った瞬間
まだ住んでいる気分に。
懐かしいヨガの師匠や大手料理教室講師時代の仲間に
会えたので大満足！
今度は一瞬じゃなくゆっくり北海道に行きまーす♪
