私は基本トレイルもロードもロングディスタンスがメインなのでこういったスプリント競技は初！✨
数分間でどうコースを攻略するか、力を出し切れるのか、
色々イメージしながらのチャレンジはとても新鮮でワクワク。
予選は5位通過で決勝へ🚀
同じTNFチームの絢加ちゃん
背中を追いながら必死に登りなんとか2位でフィニッシュ。
TNFチームで表彰台すごく嬉しかった🫶😭
残り20mくらいの壁では指先が白くなり全身が動かなくなるが気合いで動かす・・💥🤦🏼♀️
ゴール後は太ももと腕が燃えるような感覚で立てず（笑）
想像を超える乳酸地獄を味わえてきつ楽しかったです（笑）🤣
今回はレースだけでなくGoldwin×THE NORTH FACEの社員の皆様やアスリートの方々との交流もとても貴重で楽しい時間を過ごさせてもらい感謝です。

9ヶ月ぶりにレース復帰。
ようやく私もシーズンインできました！！
長くて苦しかった9ヶ月。
レース会場に行く度、いろんな方から心配され、
膝蓋骨疲労骨折なんて聞いたことないと言われることも多く
医者からの完治の目安も2〜3ヶ月と言われるものの
4ヶ月経過するまで一歩も走れず。
走れるようになってからも下りで膝が曲がらなかったり。
道のりは長かった💦
周りを見ると苦しくなるので
手の届きそうな小さな目標を1週間単位で書き出し、
できることを一つずつクリアしていき、自信を積み上げていくことをやっていました。
本当に色々苦しかったけど
それでも踏ん張れたのはいつもサポートしてくれているTNFチームの方々はじめ、家族やRTRTメンバー、各社スポンサー様が応援してくれたおかげです。
焦らずじっくりね！と言われるだけでも救われていました😭
まだまだ怪我する前の状態には戻せていませんが、ここをスタートとして、焦らずじっくり上げていきます！
2年ぶりに走らせてもらった阿蘇の草原はとても思い出深く、初心の気持ちを思い出させてくれてパワーをもらえました✨
雰囲気・景色・食べ物・温泉と、どれも贅沢で
選手を出迎えるスタッフの皆様の心遣いも素晴らしくて、本当に素敵な大会でした。

学生時代は大学2年生まで陸上競技・女子駅伝に打ち込み挫折。
社会人になり趣味でマラソンにチャレンジし、マラソン練習のために始めたトレイルランに魅力を感じ、山が好きになる。
競技として走ることを決め、2年半前に勤めていた会社を退職。

KAGASPAは今シーズン前期のターゲットレースでもありCCCに繋がるレース、そして何より故障明け初のロングレースということもあり、目標を達成することができてとても嬉しいです。諦めないでよかった。
これでやっと、完全復活かな。

1年前にASO VOLCANO・志賀高原100Kを走りきり、そこから怪我続きで
なぜあの時、あんなに元気に走れていたんだろうと思う日々が辛くて、だからこそ今回の完走は自分の中でようやく乗り越えられたものがありました。
.
KAGASPA100Kを完走するためにやってきた直登直下のトレーニングも苦しい時に力になってくれた。
荷物は少し重たくなったけど、65kmまで食料全持ち作戦も
凌駕塩タブレット効果もあり、なんとか潰れず動いてくれました。
レース自体は灼熱で、序盤体が動かず苦しい展開になりましたが、やっぱり走れなくて辛かった事を思い出すと、
こうやって苦しいことにも全力でチャレンジできていることがすごくすごく幸せで、ずっと楽しかった😭‼︎
いつまで全力で競技ができるか分からないからこそ、
今回のレースも後悔ない走りができて本当によかったと思っています。

素敵なwelcome movieを作成していただき感謝です！
もう一度走ることを全力でやりたいと思い
2年前に8年間勤めた会社を退職し、競技とチーム運営をやらせてもらうことになりました。
結果はどうあれやれること全部やり切ろう
練習もレースも後悔のない走りをしよう
そういう気持ちでやってきて、
まさか2年後にこんな素晴らしいスポンサーが応援してくれるなんて思っておらず、本当に嬉しいです。
また、もう一度走りたいと伝えた時に背中を押してくれた夫がいなければ今の私はいません。夫には本当に感謝しています。そしては常にがんばるモチベーションを高めてくれたチームRTRTのみんなに感謝しています！
まだまだ未熟で弱い部分がたくさんありますが
引き続き自分の課題と向き合い、チャレンジしていきます！
