On est sur un Engine, avec un objectif clair: développer ta capacité à maintenir un effort efficace sur la durée.
Ce type de séance améliore ton endurance, ta gestion de l’intensité et ta capacité à rester propre techniquement quand la fatigue s’installe ⚠️
Une intensité maîtrisée, zone 3 / limite zone 4, sans jamais exploser 👀
C’est une séance simple, parfois ingrate comme j’aime dire bête et méchante, mais c’est exactement ce genre de travail qui fait la différence sur le long terme 🤝🏻
Perso, c’est le genre de séance que je place 1 à 2 fois par semaine, en complément de mes runs (EF, seuil, compromised)
➡️ L’intérêt, c’est de continuer à développer le moteur sans ajouter d’impacts, donc sans surcharger les articulations, tout en accumulant du travail de qualité 👯♀️
