Bodybuilding became such a meaningful part of my life, and being able to help others step into this sport and grow through it has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done.
is one of my good friends so getting to prep him was such a privilege (and yes, I bugged him for months to let me do it 😂). Fast-forward and we pulled TWO class wins (bodybuilding and classic) PLUS the bodybuilding overall. Couldn’t be more proud!!
I started working with earlier this year and we dropped ~30lbs and completely reshaped her physique. There were moments she wanted to quit, but she showed up every time. A couple top 5s and a 3rd place in her open class- huge win for her first season.

This season has been longggg and it sure as hell tested me, but I didn’t do it alone. These photos speak the words I can’t seem to find… this weekend was truly something special. I’m beyond grateful for my people, both family by blood and family by choice, who’ve been in my corner through it all. 🫶🏼
I landed in Vancouver already knowing it would be my favorite show weekend yet.. before I even stepped on stage. Between being surrounded by my people, reconnecting with old and new friends in the industry, and getting the chance to showcase months of hard work… it honestly doesn’t get better than that.
I love this life I’ve built and wouldn’t trade it for a thing.
Not gonna ramble on with a long list of thank you’s, but a huge shoutout to Dean and with for putting on such an incredible show and giving us natural athletes another stage to shine on right here at home in Canada 🤍
