This has been such a different Christmas since some family members have been sick and so we had to postpone it a bit. So since my side of the family won’t be celebrating Christmas until tomorrow night..I’m over here pretending it’s still Christmas.. it’s been cozy and quiet at our house and it’s been so nice.
And it’s been in the quiet, I find inspiration..I’m excited to get going on some commission pieces I still have to do but I’m also very excited to create new pieces for my own shop🤍

I truly love what I do and that I’m able to paint everyday. I have at times second guessed my work or if what I have to offer is good enough, often feeling nervous to even show new work but I think I’ve come to a place where I just want to paint what makes me happy or what inspires me..not painting for anyone else but for myself. If there’s something out there you want to do, but feel unsure of yourself or if anyone will even appreciate and value what you do, I would tell you, to go for it! To own and be confident about what only YOU can put into the world because it’s you, because it’s unique to you.
