I joined the Hell Week From Home organized by. Here are just some of the things we learned about. Let me know if it helped in the comments below:).
For me it’s about bringing outside however you feel from the inside, instead of putting up your mask. That can go both ways. It can be scary to be express your sadness when everyone is happy but it can also be scary to express your happiness if the people around you feel depressed. It’s about not pleasing and instead expressing your boundaries, even though people might expect you to fulfill their needs. It’s about wearing what you want to wear and expressing yourself with your clothing. It’s about speaking your truth even though people don’t agree. It’s about being confident and not holding yourself back in your actions, words but also body posture. It’s about thanking your inner protectors and voices of judgement, and doing it anyway. It’s about asking yourself the question who you are regularly, because it’s an ongoing proces. It’s about reflecting on your day and how you responded to people and asking yourself why you responded like that. This is a never ending journey and there is always more room for expansion in this. And that makes it fun as well 🙂. Tell me, what does being yourself mean to you? 💫
