Voor mijn 40e verjaardag gaven Taar en Kel me een dagje Formentera cadeau. En wat voor één. De dag begon al met een verrassing: ze hadden een geweldige oude Citroën Mehari gehuurd. Zo’n heerlijk open karretje waarmee je meteen het gevoel hebt dat je op vakantie bent. We begonnen met een heerlijke shopsessie, lunchten op een plek die zó mooi was dat je er eigenlijk de hele dag wilt blijven zitten, deden een klein dansje, zwommen in zee, lagen op het strand en haalden echt alles uit de dag wat erin zat. Eigenlijk zouden we de boot van 20u terug pakken, maar dat werd uiteindelijk 23u. Dat zegt denk ik genoeg.

Ook vinden we het fijn als de slaapkamer rustig is, maar wel met één echte eyecatcher: ons bed van ✨ We gingen voor het hoofdbord Soho in de stof Oriental Ruby en ik was meteen verkocht. Zo mooi! Mocht je in het buitenland wonen zoals wij dan krijg je ook heel fijn telefonisch advies over wat alle opties zijn op basis van je persoonlijke voorkeuren.
Juist omdat het bed al zoveel doet, hebben we de rest van de kamer rustig gehouden. Zachte kleuren, natuurlijke materialen en niet te veel spullen. Oké, er moet nog een kleed komen, maar verder is het precies geworden zoals ik het voor me zag 🙌🏻 *gekregen
