Pharma trials run upwards of three hundred million dollars before a drug ever reaches a patient, and that math only works when there’s a clear indication, a big enough market, and an insurance company willing to reimburse it. Most peptides don’t clear all three.
Those compounds get shelved, and the shelved ones eventually resurface through research vendors and compounding pharmacies, which is where most people end up buying them anyway.
The longevity space has real evidence and real outcomes behind it. The patent conspiracy isn’t part of that case. It’s the weakest argument in the room and the rest of medicine is using it as the reason to ignore the whole field.

I get asked this every week. Some version of it. People want the shortcut, the stack, the screenshot they can save and run with.
