Però el desig no acostuma a respondre bé a la pressió.
Respon molt millor quan deixem d’exigir-nos, quan trobem espais per connectar amb nosaltres mateixes i quan tornem a habitar el cos des del plaer, el descans i el benestar.
Potser la pregunta no és: Com recupero el desig?
Sinó: Quines condicions necessita el meu desig per poder aparèixer?

Segueixo llegint en anglès i sento que aquests llibres em són senzills d’entendre. Segurament perquè conec la història i perquè hi ha coses que les entenc perquè sé què passarà. Per tant,l ha estat una molt bona decisió. Llegir l’original:)
En aquest 2n llibre, entrar dins la història de l’Ilya i en Shane encara més endins (en el sentit figutat i lliteral) ha estat espectacular. Hi ha coses del llibre que no surten a la sèrie i viceversa; i això m’ha donat la sensació que la història s’ampliava, que comprenc més coses.
Entrar i ampliar l’emocionalitat dels protagonistes, la seva història i també les seves experiències sexuals ajuda a matisar millor la història. Jo estic totalment dins d’aquesta saga (i no en vull sortir).
No puc esperar per seguir coneixent personatges i per seguir amb les històries dels que ja conec.

I keep reading in English, and I find these books easy to understand. Probably because I know the story, and because there are things I understand since I know what’s going to happen. So it’s been a really good decision—reading the original:)
In this second book, delving even deeper into Ilya and Shane’s story (both figuratively and literally) has been spectacular. There are parts of the book that aren’t in the series and vice versa; and this has given me the feeling that the story is expanding, that I understand more of it.
Delving into and expanding on the protagonists’ emotions, their backstories, and their sexual experiences helps to better nuance the narrative. I’m totally immersed in this series (and I don’t want to leave it).
I can’t wait to keep getting to know new characters and to follow the stories of the ones I already know.
