Schlafmangel, Chaos, viele VerĂ€nderungen fĂŒr alle und noch immer viel zu tun am Haus.
Aber beim zweiten Kind ist alles irgendwie auch entspannter - und wenn wir die letzten 15 Monate Pandemie geschafft haben, dann schaffen wir auch das hier. đ
Und: ich bin mehr als happy, dass Alina wieder so schöne Momente mit uns vieren eingefangen hat. Ich liebe ihre Fotos sehr, sie fÀngt echte Momente und Emotionen so wundervoll ein. Mit spielender Leichtigkeit und so sympathisch, dass es leicht fÀllt mitzumachen.

Ich freue mich in jedem Falle, dass meine Grundidee aus hellem Grau, schwarzen Akzenten und wohnlich warmem Holz so schoÌn zusammenkommt. Auf den Fliesen sieht man dank Farbe, matter Struktur und Muster weder Staub noch Haare. Total pflegeleicht im Vergleich zur alten Bude. Dort sah man auf den schoÌnen dunklen Fliesen alles sofort.

Das vermutlich Anstrengendste ist das Jonglieren aller Themen und Anforderungen, bloĂ keinen der BĂ€lle fallen lasen. Doch der Ball, der mir an vielen Stellen dann doch runtergefallen ist, ist der soziale Ball. Der, der eigentlich so viel Freude macht, bei dem mein Kopf aber seit geraumer Zeit schiebt und schiebt, aufschiebt. DafĂŒr reicht die Kraft und HirnkapazitĂ€t dann abends und zwischendrin einfach nicht mehr.â â
Doch nach vorn geschaut: Ich freue mich sehr aufs Durchatmen, mehr Platz fĂŒr uns, neue Ausblicke, mehr Ruhe, einen weniger vollen Kopf vor allem. Und auf eine hoffentlich bald einfachere neue NormalitĂ€t. Freunde sehen, mehr Unbeschwertheit, Essen gehen, Workshops besuchen, das Kind mal wieder mit zum Einkaufen nehmen ohne schlechtes Gewissen...â â

So, eingemessen ist das Haus nun â und die Erdarbeiten haben bereits begonnen, so dass in der kommenden Woche dann hoffentlich die Bodenplatte gegossen werden kann. â â
Glatt lĂ€uft es natĂŒrlich nie direkt, so hatten wir heute unter anderem ein massives Betonrohr (o.Ă€., nix genaues weiĂ man nicht) sowie etwas Schichtenwasser zu beklagen. Zum GlĂŒck sind die Gewerke recht gut eingespielt, haben schnell reagiert und bisher sieht es nach einer guten Lösungen aus. Sprich: Rohrdingens wird ausgebuddelt (funktioniert dank guter Tonne Gewicht leider zukĂŒnftig nich als Pflanzobjekt um Deponiekosten zu vermeiden. War mir etwas zu unflexibel) und eine Pumpe sorgt fĂŒr eine hoffentlich bis auf Weiteres trockenere Baugrube. â â

Im Hintergrund bemustere ich ĂŒbrigens fleiĂig Parkett, Fliesen, Treppenbelag, Fenster und TĂŒren, die HaustĂŒr und bin auf Pinterest fĂŒr die Badplanung und co. aktiv. Spannend!:-)â â

Ich werde auf dem Blog bald einmal unsere Erfahrungen mit den ganzen Vorarbeiten zusammenfassen und von Kampfmittelfreiheit, Bauantrag, Abriss und Netzversorgerkappung erzĂ€hlen. Spannend und teilweise auch ziemlich anstrengend, das alles zu managen neben Arbeit und Familie. â â
Vor allem, wenn dann wie gestern Probleme mit dem Baugrund am Horizont auftauchen. Eine "schlechte", sprich teurere, Bodenklasse ist die nĂ€chste Herausforderung. Der Erdaushub ist so nicht zu verwenden und muss wie jeder Bauschutt auf die Deponie. Das kostet aber mit ziemlicher Sicherheit deutlich mehr als geplant. â â
Aber am Ende wird alles gut, das sagen zumindest meine Haus(um)baufreundinnen. đâ â

Die Entkernung ist soweit nahezu abgeschlossen, nÀchste Woche kommt schon der Bagger. Schon beeindruckend, was da alles zusammenkommt. Nicht nur materiell sondern auch ein wenig emotional.
