Esto tiene una explicación legal. según las normativas alimentarias, si el ingrediente principal no es queso, no pueden etiquetarlo como queso rallado. La razón es que la mayoría de estas bolsas, su ingrediente principal no es queso, ya que muchas usan ingredientes como margarina, fécula de patata, almidón o aceites vegetales para imitar la textura y el sabor del queso.
En mi última visita al supermercado, revisé varias marcas, y encontré que en todas las marcas no era el ingrediente principal, excepto en una bolsa de 4 quesos que contenía queso en sus ingredientes.
Por eso si estamos buscando realmente queso rallado para nuestra pasta o nuestra pizza fija bien en los ingredientes. El queso debe de ser el ingrediente de la lista y pr eso en la parte delantera tiene que poner queso.
Cuidado con lo que compramos porque no siempre el queso rallado es queso! Por eso si queremos queso asegurados, que es queso que no esté lleno de ingredientes procesados.
