Asma yaprakları saklama tekniğine göre çözdürülür. Benim kullandığım yaprak kuru basım olduğu için ben 5-10 dakika kadar suda beklettim. ( Kuru basım dalından koparılmış gibi tazecik oluyor. Yaprak cinsine göre sıcak suda bekletmeden de yapabilirsiniz. )
Soğan zeytinyağında tuz ve şekerle kavrulur. Sonrasında pirinç baharatlar, küçük doğranmış mürdüm eriği, fıstık ve vişne eklenir.( Vişne yarım su bardağı olacak şekilde eklenir.) Kavrulur.
( Eğer donuk vişne kullanıyorsanız 1 su bardağı kaynar suda çözdürün. Sonrasında bu suyu iç harcı pişirirken kullanabilirsiniz. )
Kavrulan pirince 1 su bardağı su eklenir ve çektirilir.
Hafif ılıkken maydanoz eklemesi yapılır.
Asma yaprağına sarılır. Tencerenin altına soğan dizilir. Üzerine sarmalar eklenir. Vişne ve mürdüm eriği en üste konur. Üzerine yarım çay bardağı zeytinyağı gezdirilir. Tabak kapatılır ve tabak hizasından biraz az su eklenir. Kısık ateşte kaynadıktan sonra 45-50 dk pişirilir.

Yapılışı;
👉 Tüm malzemeler yoğrulur, pürüzsüz bir makarna hamuru elde edilir. Streçlenip 15–20 dk dinlendirilir.
İç harç için;
5–6 dal kuşkonmaz ( Ben konserve kullandım. )
100 g beyaz peynir
Yapılışı;
👉 Kuşkonmazlar kısa süre yumuşatılır. ( taze kullanacaklar için) beyaz peynirle birlikte blenderdan geçirilir. Kremamsı bir iç elde edilir.
Birleşim;
Hamur ince açılır. İç harç yerleştirilir
Ravioliler kapatılır. Kaynar tuzlu suda ravioliler yüzeye çıkana kadar haşlanır.
Sos için:
Krema
Rendelenmiş limon kabuğu
Tuz
👉 Sos ısıtılır, haşlanan raviolilerle buluşturulur.
