RECETA ROSCON DE REYES PARA 🐶👅:

Cocción: 20 minutos
Ingredientes
• 250 g de filete de salmón
• 75 g de boniato, rallado
• 75 g de zanahoria, rallada
• 100 g de lentejas de Puy cocidas
• Harina de garbanzo, para rebozar
• Aceite de girasol, para pincelar

Elaboración
1. Precalentar el horno a 180 °C (160 °C con ventilador / gas 6) y forrar una bandeja de horno con papel antiadherente.
2. Poner el salmón, el boniato, la zanahoria y las lentejas en un procesador de alimentos y triturar hasta que quede bien picado.
3. Dar forma redonda en forma de roscón, a la mezcla y rebozarlas ligeramente en harina. Colocarlas en la bandeja preparada y pincelarlas ligeramente con aceite.
4. Hornear en el horno precalentado durante 20 minutos, o hasta que estén ligeramente dorada y bien hecha.
5. Dejar enfriar antes de servir al 🐶👅.
