1) Dermatologla görüştüm, rutinlerimi konuştuk ve bana iyi gelecek ilaçları reçete etti.
Burda benim de çok sevdiğim azelaik asit içeriğiyle resmen tanışmış oldum. İlk uygulamaya başladığımda çok yaksa da cildimde oldukça etkili olduğu için kullanmaya devam ettim 🥹
2) Kendime cilt bakım rutini oluşturdum.
Dikkat ⚠️ cilt bakım rutinim fazlasıyla sade ve ihtiyacım olan ürünlerden oluşuyordu. Asla ihtiyacım olmayan içerikleri, asitleri kullanmadım (çok kullanmak istesem de 🥹😅)
3) HİÇ AKSATMADAN GÜNEŞ KREMİ KULLANDIM 💖
Bence en önemlisi güneşin zararlı ışınlarından cildimi korumamdı. Sürekli yenileyerek (4-5 saatte bir yenilemek gerekli kızlarım) kendime uygun ürünü arayarak, içerik okuması yaparak cildime uygun güneş kremlerini buldum, sürdüm, sürdürdüm 😂
4) Günde 2-2.5 Litre su tüketmek cilt sağlığımıza çok faydalı, toksinleri vücudumuzdan atmaya yardımcı olur. Ayrıca yeşilden zengin yiyecekler tüketip paketli gıdalardan olabildiğince uzak durmaya çalıştım.
5) Cildime uygun olan vitamin/mineral ve probiyotikleri düzenli olarak kullandım. Bu tarz içerikleri kullanmadan önce mutlaka eczacınjza veya doktorunuza sormalısınız 🫶🏻
6) ASİT KULLANIMINA ÇOK DİKKAT ETTİM ⚠️
Cildimi kimyasal peeling olarak geçen asit içerikli serum ve toniklerden olabildiğince korudum. Zaten hassas olan cildime bir de asit kullanırsam malesef daha da hassaslaşıp hasar görebilirdi 🥹 bu cilt tipine göre değişen bir durum herkes için aynı olmayabilir 🫶🏻
Benim leke sürecimde yaptıklarım cildimi toparlamama yardımcı oldu, unutma ki leke süreci her cilt için farklı işleyebilir. Önemli olan cildi güzel analiz edip doğru içerikleri doğru şekilde kullanmaktır. Buraya kadar okuduysan teşekkür ederim 🥰 soruların olursa burda senin için yanıtlamaya hazırım ❤️🌸
