The slide is an optional extra experience on the Treetop Walk and Viewing Tower at Beyond the Trees Avondale.
There is a €2.00 additional charge per go on the slide – this is payable at the entrance to the slide only.
Kids under 6 years old must slide accompanied by an adult.
Due to the huge popularity of the slide in our opening summer season there are long queues (over 2 hours) at peak times
In wet or humid conditions the slide needs to close for health and safety reasons. This is because people can get stuck in the slide when it is wet or go so fast that it becomes unsafe.
