The wings were fried to perfection with crispy skin, juicy meat, and generously coated in their immaculate signature sauce.
The whole red snapper was cooked well, with moist, flaky flesh and a nicely seasoned outer batter. I only wished the fish itself carried a bit more flavor beyond the crust.
The jerk chicken pasta was creamy and satisfying, with juicy chicken and great overall flavor. For dessert, the Oreo cookie cake was light, fluffy, and moist. Overall, I truly enjoyed my experience at and would definitely return the next time I’m in Miami.

Micah’s Cobbler came out warm and golden brown, just the way a funnel cake should. The Clutch City was a bit too dense and rich for my personal taste, though I can see it being a hit for anyone who loves an extra-indulgent dessert.
The milkshakes were just as impressive, especially the Drank In My Cup, loaded with Oreo cookies. Overall, if you have a sweet tooth, this is definitely the spot to hit when those dessert cravings kick in.

Every dish is made fresh with local ingredients. The portion sizes are phenomenal and the price is right! The food is always so rich and flavorful, however at times it can be a bit too salty to me. Nevertheless, I still love the food here. It is important to note that wait times can be extended. So if you don’t have 2-3 hours to spend, especially if it’s a busy day at the restaurant, this might not be the restaurant for you.
has one of my top 3 favorite gumbos out here. The strawberry biscuits were the best biscuits I’ve ever had🙌🏾😩. I believe they are a limited time item so if you want to try them get there asap! You can’t go wrong with their fried catfish. It’s real catfish not Swai. The red beans and rice are usually a hit for me but this time it was too salty unfortunately. The fried chicken thighs were seasoned and fried to perfection. Overall, I enjoyed my food and will remain a loyal customer!

I’ve met the owners of each of these food trucks and they all have a few things in common. One they are passionate about what they do and the service they provide. They pour their heart and soul into every dish on their menu and strive for consistency and excellence. They value their customers time, money and loyalty and they try to make your experience a streamlined process. Needless to say the food immaculate and the portion sizes are huge especially for the price. You really can’t go wrong with any of these food trucks.
