I took my chia recipe and added in creamy yogurt and coconut milk for extra richness and honestly, game changer.
Recipe:
• ½ cup chia seeds
• 1 cup of milk of choice (I used almond) and 1/2 cup coconut milk or 1 1/2 cup total of milk
• 1½ cups unsweetened yogurt or Greek yogurt
• 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
• Fresh raspberries (or fruit of choice) mashed
Stir + chill for 2 hour or overnight + enjoy with fresh fruit, honey and homemade whipped cream 💕
