● 3 garlic cloves
● 2 tbsp olive oil
● 3 tbsp cider vinegar
● 1 tbsp East End paprika
● 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
● 2 tsp celery salt

● 3 tbsp honey
● 1 ½kg chicken wings
==Method==
● Mix everything together in a bowl and toss the chicken wings until evenly coated.
● Leave to marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours (overnight is ideal)
● Drain the wings and save the marinade.
● Bake for 30 mins in the oven at 180C/160C fan/gas 4.
● Pour off excess oil and toss in the reserved marinade.
● Increase oven to 200C/180C fan/ gas 6 and cook for a further 30 mins.

● 6 corn on the cobs
● 2 tbsp all‑purpose seasoning
● ½ tbsp East End Paprika
● 1 tbsp onion granules
● 1 tbsp brown sugar
● 1 tbsp sea salt
● Vegetable oil (for deep‑frying)
● 1 lime, zested and juiced
==Method==
● Secure a cutting board a damp dishcloth and place a tea towel on top.
● Holding the cob vertically, use a large sharp knife to cut the cob vertically and then laying the cut half down, cut vertically again.
● Mix the spices with the brown sugar and sea salt in a small bowl and set aside.
● Fill a large, deep pan no more than a third full with oil and heat to 180C.
● Carefully lower half the corn ribs into the oil and fry for 5-6 mins until golden at the edges and starting to curl.
● Toss the ribs with the lime zest, most of the juice and 2-3 tbsp of the seasoning mix.
