One of my favourite parts about this show was being there with my brothers. Me and dyl had never stood on stage together up until this day, and straight up I’ve been looking up to him for years for what he’s done in the sport already in only a couple years as a pro. So this was a really special moment for me and something I’m very grateful for.
One day we will both be on the Olympia stage together and will be driving the ship 🫡

I’ve had the best time with the best people and I wouldn’t trade this for the world ♥️
and I wanted to bring a tighter more conditioned look compared to 2 weeks ago and we did just that!
Stage weight was about 4-5lbs lighter and my overall presentation was much better.
After getting the jitters out I felt much more poised and comfortable up there this weekend.
All we can do is improve on this and keep our foot on the gas ⛽️
I wanted to talk a little about Dylan as a man as he wont talk about himself. Im hoping he shares more of his story, and it is his story to tell so im going to try and do this without saying too much.
Anyone that knows Dylan will tell you what an overall pleasant and positive human he is. He will never be the loudest in the room but his presence alone shifts and uplifts the energy of anyone around him. Just an absolute beauty of an individual.
What most would never know, and I hope he doesnt mind me saying this, but he was going through a really rough stretch for quite some time. Really rough. Again, thats for him to share anything further, but I wanted to bring that up because I believe one of the best ways to gauge what type person someone is, is to look at how they go about their lives when they are not in a good spot mentally. How they handle their day to day and how they treat other people. And even though he was continuously fighting a war inside his head for a very long period of time, he continued showing up for himself and for those around him to the best of his ability.
He managed to become a better bodybuilder, but more importantly he became a better human as I watched him work through full blown ego death, kick the fucking door down and become the best version of himself mentally, physically and spiritually. He is what I would call “online” now and im more than excited to see what an online Dylan can do next season! I love you man!
My parents made the trip across the country to watch me compete for the first time.
So happy to have them here for this experience ♥️
