J’ai eu la chance de passer une matinée avec celui qui est toujours l’idole des jeunes à 77 ans. On a traîné un peu, parlé musique beaucoup - enfin des Beatles et de Bob Dylan surtout car si vous me connaissez vous savez qu’une fois lancée on ne m’arrête plus, on a oublié le timing qui nous était imposé et il a évidemment signé un vinyle pour ma maman. Merci Julien pour ce doux moment et merci pour l’accueil 5* 🤍✨
À l’heure où je vous écris j’ai fait quatre soirs de concert à la suite et je suis absolument épuisée - qui m’a connu il y a quelques années sait à quel point mon rythme était plus soutenu à l’époque, et bon dieu, je réalise à quel point mon système nerveux était constamment en alerte, je ne savais pas me reposer et je devais toujours avoir quelque chose de prévu le soir. Avec le temps j’ai fini par développer de l’anxiété et aujourd’hui je sais que tout est lié. S’il y en a qui se reconnaissent par ici: on en guérit très bien, ça demande du travail mais ça en vaut le coup. Apprendre à réguler mon système nerveux a changé ma vie et m’a sauvé la vie. Pour toutes mes muay thaï girlies la salle c’est évidemment plus beau spot du pays! Je pensais venir un jour je suis restée trois semaines et toutes mes copines ont prolongé leur séjour ou sont revenues une semaine après être parties. Vraiment très très dur de quitter cet endroit quand on est shootée à l’endorphine et à la dopamine avec 5h de boxe par jour 🥲💓
