Őszintén szólva amikor először beléptem ebbe az üzlethelyiségbe, egy pillanatra megfordult a fejemben, hogy „oké… ez most tényleg jó ötlet volt?” 😅
100+ négyzetméter, korábban is vendéglátóegység, rengeteg adottság, de ugyanennyi kötöttség is…Ráadásul ez volt a második vendéglátós projektem, szóval a lelkesedés mellé bőven jutott izgalom és felelősségérzet is.
A cél viszont nagyon tiszta volt:
egy fiatalos, barátságos, világos reggelizőhely, ahová jó betérni, jó leülni, jó visszajönni.
Amit ez a projekt tanított nekem:
Ez a munka számomra mérföldkő volt. Nem csak azért, mert nagy tér és komoly felelősség, hanem mert megtanított arra, hogy: nem elég „szépet” tervezni, hanem működő rendszert kell alkotni.
A vendégek élménye, a személyzet munkája, a karbantarthatóság, a fények, a bútorok, a burkolatok…minden összefügg mindennel!
És igen, voltak pillanatok, amikor azt éreztem, hogy ez most túl nagy falat, de pontosan ezek a projektek azok, amik után az ember egy szinttel magabiztosabb lesz.
Ha te is olyan üzlethelyiségen gondolkodsz, ahol nem csak jól mutat a tér, hanem valóban támogatja is a működést, akkor nagyon szívesen segítek ebben.
