I performed a rhinoplasty (open structure-preservation ultrasonic), hairline advancement browlift, type 3 forehead, lower eyelid lift (blepharoplasty), tracheal shave, submental liposuction, and facial fat grafting.
In her preop photos, she had filler in her lips and chin. Her lip filler was dissolved, and I replaced the volume with fat grafting for a more natural and long term result. Her lower eyelid fat was reduced, and I grafted microfat into her tear troughs and cheeks. For lower blepharoplasty, I either reduce or redrape the lower eyelid fat pads, always through a hidden internal incision behind the eyelid.
My practice is 100% facial aesthetic surgery, and I’m very lucky my patients trust me to maximize the potential of their face.
