In my latest video, I break down the clinical evidence behind testosterone pellet dosing, compare pellets with topical gels, and explain why outcomes depend far more on dose and pharmacokinetics than on the delivery method itself.
I cover:
• Why standardized testosterone options exist for men, but not for women
• How pellets are dosed safely in clinical practice
• What studies show about absorption, variability, and blood levels
• How to interpret testosterone labs in women
• Why precision matters when approved products are unavailable
This discussion is grounded in published research, including the General Consensus Position Statement on the Use of Testosterone for Women (Climacteric, 2019)—and real-world clinical experience.

“I’ve optimized my hormones. I eat well. I move my body. I take the right supplements.
So why do I still feel inflamed, stuck, or off?”
For some midlife bodies, the missing piece isn’t more effort — it’s better signaling.
GLP-1 is a hormone your body already makes.
When used thoughtfully and at very low, microdosed levels, it may help calm inflammation, improve insulin sensitivity, support metabolic health, and gently shift body composition — without pushing the body too far.
Microdosing isn’t about rapid weight loss.
It’s about restoring balance, reducing inflammatory burden, and supporting long-term health and longevity.
If this topic resonates, I go much deeper into the science, safety, and clinical reasoning in my full YouTube video:
“Microdosing GLP-1: A New Approach to Inflammation-Driven Diseases” (released Fall 2025).

No rush. No performance. Just showing up.
Midlife strength isn’t built in extremes —
it’s built in the small, repeatable choices you make when no one is watching.
A walk.
A workout.
A moment to breathe before the weekend begins.
If you’re waiting for motivation, start with movement.
The rest follows.
Happy Friday. Strong weekend ahead. ✨

I’m excited to share a newly released offer for our
Holistic Medical Weight Optimization Program — a 12-week, physician-guided program designed specifically for midlife bodies.
This program is recommended for women who:
• Have 15–50+ pounds to lose, or
• Have more than 10% body fat to lose based on body composition
✨ Limited-time offer
💰 $2,700 ($500 off our regular price)
This particular offer is built around terzepatide (Mounjaro) — a medication that has shown more significant weight-loss results than Ozempic in clinical trials and in our own clinic experience. When used appropriately and medically, it can be a powerful support — not a shortcut.
But medication alone is never the solution.
Lasting results come from addressing the whole system.
Our 6 pillars for success
1️⃣ Nutrition
No restrictive “diets.” We focus on nutrition that supports your metabolism and feels sustainable.
2️⃣ Movement
Not punishment — just consistent movement that builds muscle and supports fat loss.
3️⃣ Hormones
Midlife hormone shifts, including insulin resistance, make weight loss harder. We address this medically.
4️⃣ Mindset
Past attempts don’t define your future. Belief and support matter more than willpower.
5️⃣ Medication
Terzepatide, prescribed and monitored weekly, as part of a comprehensive medical plan.
6️⃣ Accountability & Support
A structured 12-week commitment with guidance every step of the way.
If you’re ready to stop fighting your body — and start working with it — this program was designed for you.

Thank you. 🙏🏻🤍
Everything we’ve built, grown, and sustained this year at Complete Midlife Wellness Center has only been possible because of the women who trust us with their health, their stories, and their journeys. Being part of your care — especially in midlife — is a responsibility I never take lightly.
Here are a few moments from 2025 that we’re especially proud of:
• Thousands of women supported through comprehensive wellness visits, hormone optimization, nutrition-forward care, and long-term health planning
• Expanded access to midlife care across our Houston locations — Museum District, Tanglewood/Piney Point, and Cypress
• Deeper focus on whole-woman health, integrating hormones, metabolic health, bone strength, muscle, mental well-being, and longevity
• Continued education and conversation around perimenopause and menopause — helping women understand their bodies instead of feeling dismissed by them
• A growing community of women choosing to be proactive, informed, and empowered about their health
After more than a decade devoted to midlife medicine, one thing remains constant: women thrive when they are heard, supported, and given the right tools at the right time.
As we look ahead to 2026, our commitment stays the same — thoughtful, evidence-based care, delivered with compassion, clarity, and respect for where you are in life. We’re excited to continue evolving our programs, education, and services to meet you there.
Thank you for trusting me.
Thank you for trusting our team.
And thank you for being part of this community.
Here’s to health, strength, and possibility in the year ahead.
With gratitude,

We loved it… so we decided to try copying it — inspired by the beautiful movement work of (Leandro Fornito). ✨🤍
And then we asked the real question: Could women in their 50s do this too?
With a few smart modifications — absolutely.
As we enter a new year, we’re trying something new: a choreographed full-body workout inspired by those viral videos, but designed for real midlife bodies.
It’s much harder than it looks, but not impossible — and surprisingly fun.
This no-equipment workout can be done anywhere and completed in about 12 minutes.
Try following along by linking 2 exercises… or all 7, then repeat the sequence for as many rounds as you can, resting as needed in between.
The Workout:
Front-Back Monkeys
Table Taps
Crawl Hip Twists
Front Kicks
Lunge to Handstand Clasp
Mountain Climbers
Basejumper to Cross Tap
🔥 No equipment. Full-body burn.
This sequence challenges coordination, strength, and endurance — while keeping movement playful and engaging.
Led by master personal trainer Kelley Workman, this workout proves that learning new movement patterns in midlife isn’t just possible — it’s powerful.
