First found we faced a strong Scottish pair after going down early we managed to pull it back after 2 long tiebreaks we won.

Would you find easier to defend shot A or shot B?
If you can play volleys and overheads where your opponents are playing low ⬇️ and far from the net ↕️ you are building the point the right way from the net:
✅ It limits opponents shot choice options
✅ It does not allow opponents to attack
✅ It will give you more time
✅ It will lead to easier balls for you to play
The key is being patient....
Obviously if you have a good chance to attack then you should but if you are building the point trust the process and always consider where the SECOND bounce will land, NOT THE FIRST ONE!! 🚨⚠️

First round we faced a young pair. We played with lots of consistency and we won 6-0 6-0 ✅
In the quarterfinals we faced a strong Mexican left sided player and a consistent, true, Spanish right sided player. We played with great intensity and brought great a level to the match. All points having long rallies and 7 games going to golden deuce. Sadly we only took 1 of these golden deuces and lost the match 6-2 6-2 ❌.
Despite this loss we enjoyed the great experience playing in our first event.
