今週は、江尾集落の農地にて。
一平氏も初参戦、だんだんゾーンに入ってきて楽しくなったみたい。
頭が大きいから、頭から転ぶのがお約束で、案の定、猫車で土砂を運んでいたら、頭から田んぼにはまったらしい。
なぜ！？
その後は、ナベちゃんの声かけで、有志で育苗準備🌱
農作業は、人海戦術。
1人だと苦行だけど、みんなでやるから唄も生まれるというもの。
本格的にシーズンが始まったなあ。
山のおじちゃんが猪肉の塊をどーんと持ってきてくれたので、今日はこれでもかというほど100%奥大山の恵みご飯に🐗🍚

ナベちゃんが仕込んでいる柿酢のドロドロのにごりを濾したものを捨てるのがもったいないから猪と無水煮込み

豚熱で猪販売がないので、鹿メインだったこの冬。
やはり猪の脂は美味しい❤️
45を過ぎて本当に、代謝がガクンと落ちるというのを実感し、痩せなくなったこの1年😂
冬は雪で動けない上に、3冊の本を同時に進行していて辛かった、、、！
やっと、初稿を送り切りまして、辛いところは乗り切った。
そして、ようやく春が来て、農関連作業も多くなり、ようやく動き出せる！ミトコンドリア代謝回すぞ！
と意気込みながら、美味しいご飯は減らせないので、とにかく4月からはデスクワークと肉体労働をバランスよくしようと思います。
今日は、田んぼの周りの極太孟宗竹を、坂田昌子さんスタイルでぐりぐり棒で穴を開けてやっつけてみました🎋
せせらぎ公園に隣接する田んぼの水はけがあまりにも悪くて、乗るかそるか、農家の大和さんとナベちゃんと悩んでいるところです。
明日は、神社清掃で動くぞー🙌

血管に詰まった血栓を除去して血流がサーっと流れるように。
田んぼ用水路に詰まりに詰まった土砂や落ち葉を取り除く。田植え前の共同作業。
1.5キロもの水路の作業は肉体労働なれど、人海戦術で取り掛かり、ドロドロ水路の詰まりがとれたら、スッキリ爽快🙌🙌🙌
