Nutrition (aka the main character): I kept a consistent, sustainable calorie deficit (~1,600-1,800 cals/day).
Meal prep every weekend so weekday me doesn’t have to think.
Protein (goal ~100g/day… did I always hit it? no)
Big hack was using 0% Greek yogurt or cottage cheese to make all sorts of dressings and sauces (from Big Mac to Buffalo to Chipotle flavoured!)
this also left room for cheeky desserts every night just portion controlled!!
controlled environment > willpower: stopped keeping my guilty pleasures at home (aka chips ahoy, sour gummies, ice cream)
Movement: - 2-3 classes/week (spin, strength, pilates) - always took the stairs at work
- kept my core lightly engaged throughout the day + added stomach vacuums here & there
other habits: - consistency > perfection (always) - hydrated +++ always had water by my computer at work
- ate similar meals on repeat with about two “cheat” nights per week
nothing extreme, no glp1s/experimental peptides, just basic physiology + showing up 🫀✨
