This one was particularly special as it was women joining to retreat again, women we already knew and had built relationships with, a concept we called The Deepening.
The Deepening, is just that - a deepening experience that builds upon the first. It was deeper in so many ways, new practices were shared, there was a deepening bought through familiarity with us and the core elements of the retreat. The shares were deeper, the bonds were deeper, and new deeper layers were pealed off.
But it was also lighter, fun, and more joyous. So, alongside the deep work, the vulnerable sharing and the hugs and the tears, it really felt like a holiday with great friends.
There is a bond and a thread that weaves through these kind of retreat and healing experiences. We had our integration call today and I felt this thread so strongly. It reminds me that community really is everything. And strengthens my want to build a commune in the sun somewhere!
Forever in awe of women and all we go through. Forever in awe of this work.
The Deepening will be happening again in September 2027. If you’ve journey with us before, get in touch if you want to return 👯♀️
Do exactly what they say on the tin.
Two retreats for women - combining ritual, ceremony, TRE, embodied movement, somatics, voice work, sound healing and a whole heap of love 💕
I have just returned from two weeks in Portugal facilitating on these women’s retreats. In this work we provide space for joy, for pain, for grief, for love, for laughter and tears and everything in between. We provide space for the full spectrum of the human experience of being a women - which, is no mean feat.
I simply want to thank all the women that walk this path with me. Who are brave enough to enter into this space and heal and deal with what life has given them. It’s an honour and a privilege to do this work.
Thank you, thank you, thank you 💜🍄💥💫

We love every retreat we hold - it’s such a joy every time. When women gather and share their hearts, a connection unfolds that doesn’t happen that often in life back home, and this work enables such profound healing that’s it’s such an honour to witness and support every guests journey.
Thank you to our team of wonderful women who make this retreat deeply healing, yet also carry it with the lightness and fun that we need more of in our lives.
And thank you to every woman that came, trusted and surrendered themselves to the practices, the sisterhood, the cermoney and to themselves. 12 women who knew they wanted more, who were ready to make change and who took action.
We love you 👯♀️
Cancer affects far more than the physical body. For many people a diagnosis impacts their identity, relationships, finances, sense of safety, and understanding of life itself. Beneath that upheaval often lies fear, grief, and existential distress - the aspects of a life-threatening illness that modern healthcare is not always able to support
Later this week we’re holding our first Returning to Wholeness retreat in the Netherlands. Twelve women, living with active disease or recently in remission, coming together for six days of ceremony, ritual, and somatic practices and dance. Gratefully, due to generous philanthropic support, we’ve been able to offer this at a fraction of the cost of most psilocybin retreats.
And I’m happy to share that we will now be holding a further retreat this August, open to both men and women, and this time FULLY FUNDED (excluding travel and approximately €40 for legally purchased truffles). It will be four days, three nights at the same beautiful forest venue in the Netherlands (24th–27th August). Accommodation, meals, preparation, and integration support included.
More details to be shared next week 🧡😘

This is a space where you can simply listen in as we speak about what called us to co-create this work, why it matters now, who it is truly for, and what you can expect inside the container.
Bridging Worlds lives at the powerful intersection where psychotherapy and psychedelic-assisted therapy meet earth-centred shamanic practice, sacred ceremony, and energetic literacy. It is a meeting point between science and spirit. Between the clinical and the ceremonial. Between grounded therapeutic frameworks and expanded states of consciousness.
We speak openly about why we felt compelled to build this bridge. About the kind of practitioner, healer, therapist, or space-holder this training serves. About the depth, integrity, and sacred responsibility required when working with expanded states and group process.
We are both deeply inspired and genuinely excited about what is unfolding here. This program has been a living prayer for each of us in different ways, and to bring it into form together feels both timely and necessary.
If you feel the pull, watch the live.
And if you would like to learn more, or join our Zoom meeting next Monday, send us a private message. We would love to connect.

Join Dr Lauren MacDonald (psychiatrist, retreat facilitator & researcher) and psychotherapist Dafna Kronental for a fascinating discussion on how psychedelic therapy is evolving - from clinical trials to ceremonial spaces - and what true integration might look like.

Time and time again, retreats show us how healing doesn’t happen in isolation. When we gather for The Reconnection, we witness healing unfold through relationships. With the self, with the body, with others, and through reconnecting to nature.
Our offering values the feminine wisdom of collective healing, an ancient knowing that healing happens in community. In slowing down, choosing rest, surrendering and honouring the cyclical seasons of our lives.
Women arrive sharing that they feel lonely, lost and stuck. But they leave with their hearts full, a community of sisters, a reconnection to what really matters and a trust in unfolding of the great mystery of life.
And the impact of this, well, it’s life changing.
Join us in 2026 and witness the blending of science, somatics & sisterhood 👯♀️
