He’s seen it all, done it all and unfortunately been used and abuse by people you’d never imagine would do it. The fact he still has the drive to help others is crazy and I’m for ever grateful for everything he’s done to help me in my Japan adventures.

What a way to finish the season.
Anyone who has followed the journey over the last few months knows it hasn’t exactly been smooth sailing. The last couple of weeks especially have been massive, trying to put everything that has happened behind me, reset, and get back to enjoying why I came to Japan in the first place.
But out of a pretty shit situation came something I’ll genuinely never forget.
Some incredible people and companies stepped up, backed me, took a huge amount of pressure off my shoulders and made sure we could arrive at this final round focused on one thing, driving.
No bullshit. No distractions. Just an amazing group of people who wanted to see us succeed.
And we repaid that belief with P2. 🥈
What makes this one even more special is doing it with one of the smallest teams in the entire field.
Andy and Nikki, I can’t thank you guys enough. The hours, the pressure, the late nights and everything you put into this program… this result belongs to you just as much as it does to me. ❤️
To every fan who has supported DriftSquid, my family, friends, everyone back home, and of course and the Brazilian Mafia 🇧🇷😂 seriously thank you for being on this crazy journey.
