During one of the most transformative and transitional weeks of our lives (both personally and professionally) we flew to the French Riviera to capture Josephine & Davon’s iconic and long awaited celebration. Their presence in our lives at this pivotal moment has been a gift.
Before even beginning the weekend, the most thoughtful gift awaited us in our hotel room alongside a handwritten note that made me shed more than a few tears. The weekend only continued to elevate from there, partnering with incredible artists like who immediately felt like an old friend.
Incredible people always surround themselves with incredible people and we were warmly welcomed into the circle J & D hold closest. Their friends and family asked what was going on in our lives, we shared photos of our babies, we learned where each guest was headed next to extend their holiday. Although we were working, at so many moments it just felt like we were guests with cameras.
And all of this in the French Riviera, which is honestly just icing on the cake! Truth is, we could have picked up this couple and their people and dropped them anywhere, and the weekend would have been just as amazing. It speaks to who J and D are, that they wanted to give their guests this amazing destination experience.
Josie and Day, you are exceptional people. The way you love each other, the way you love your people, and the way you made sure everyone around you felt that is something we will carry with us for a long time. You set the standard, not just for what a celebration can be, but for the kind of people we want to build with and keep around. We are so grateful for you.

Dream Weddings Europe was built around a deliberately small-scale approach to luxury wedding planning. Just ten weddings a year, with the same team involved from the first planning conversations through to the final hours of the celebration itself.
Founded in 2012 between Portugal and France, the agency now operates from Lisbon and Marseille, producing destination weddings across Provence, the Côte d’Azur, Paris, and the Loire Valley for couples travelling from the United States, the UK, Australia, India, and across Europe and Africa.
Their work is especially suited to layered destination celebrations: multi-day wedding weekends, large guest logistics, full venue transformations, and creative concepts that need to flow seamlessly across several events while still feeling personal and natural. Rather than applying a recognisable “house style”, each wedding is designed entirely around the couple, which is why no two celebrations feel alike.
