Hashimoto's thyroiditis!

Everything I am saying applies to hypothyroidism in general.

3 main things.

1. infections! ESPECIALLY fungal/candida
-Follow a fungal diet (in my pinned slides)
-Make sure house isn't moldy (immunolytics plates!)
-Herbs like Melia, Morinda, or Golden Thread
---Scutellaria Supreme and Illicium Supreme if pregnant
---Scutellaria Supreme and Olive Leaf Supreme if Breastfeeding

2. Avoid highly inflammatory foods! You can try to add them back, but not till once you are THRIVING
-Nightshades (tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, paprika, peppers, tobacco)
-Gluten (including sourdough and including GF oats!)
-Not 100% but often avoiding dairy (even if great quality).

3. for hasimoto's specifically vitamin D is indicated. I like D K2 from thorne research. This can depend on your lab levels but I like 10,000IU for a month and 5,000 maintenance

***
L-Tyrosine. Pure encapsulations brand. One when you wake up at least 30 minutes before breakfast. a second one mid morning.

Hope this helps!
Something I've been thinking about lately.

Peptides nowadays are basically socially acceptable steroids

They have very little if any track record. They are not indistinguishable from what is naturally produced in the body.

I'm not saying they should never ever be used but safety and cancer risks have not been evaluated.

Be cautious before injecting anything in your body.

I miss watching Barry bonds hit home runs. It was amazing! I'm over standing out and right field at spring training and seeing him hit a home run over my head. I am more of a small bald type baseball person but it was fun to watch. But it doesn't mean it was good for baseball or humanity
Always poppin’ GÜD so we feel GÜD!!

Who else?!? 🌻
Are you having trouble losing weight and seem to be eating correctly and exercising? Often times a fungal overgrowth can be sabotaging it.

I have videos (in my highlights) and pinned slides on this.

Some of the basics:

Fungal diet:
NO: cane sugar, honey, maple syrup, agave, etc.
NO fruit juice or dried fruit (fresh whole fruit is OK!!!)
Avoid fungally fermented foods: vinegar, soy sauce, coconut aminos, miso, blue cheese, kombucha,

Adults: Top 3 favorite (I generally reccomend 2-3 at once)
Melia Supreme and Golden Thread Supreme and Morinda Supreme

Pregnant Mamas:
Scutellaria Supreme
Illicium Supreme

BF Mamas:
Scutellari Supreme
Olive Leaf Supreme

Kids:
Scutellaria Baicalensis tincture
Usnea Tincture

Hope this helps!
For those who never read the small print… we got you;) #getgüd
If you don't ask, you'll never know!!!!!!

I love the quality of for their dairy

I love (I love ice cream)

Can we make this happen?!
Working with Dr. Noah as a patient and a mentor he has taught me so much. Shadowing him. Learning from him. Bugging him with all my questions (A LOT). Helping me with cases. He ALWAYS pushes and challenges me in the best way to learn more to be a better practitioner and protege.

I hope these can help you too-

1. The patient is always first. Doesn’t matter how it affects me. (Put all ego aside) The treatment for them is #1 to get them results. Everything else will follow.
2. Anything can cause anything. Broad but it’s true. Dr Noah had a patient (kiddo) that couldn’t sleep. He found the reason was the family was putting bay leaf in everything. He almost didn’t mention it to them cause he was like?????????
3. Quality of supplements and products matter more than I can tell you. (I can not stress this enough)
4. He reminded me what it looks like to be passionate about your craft. You can really tell when he’s helping you (or watching him help someone else) that he REALLY loves what he does. That was always me- I used to get so excited when I would figure something out for someone. But how I was taught originally to treat things really just didn’t get results and I felt discouraged. NOT anymore:)

Honorable mentions he also taught me:

1. YOU DON’T NEED TO OPEN DRAINAGE PATHWAYS (why did I not say this first?)
2. ITS NOT YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM
3. Heavy metals in some supplements like Zeolite binders is a BIG no.
4. You can pass fungal infections via saliva!!!!!

I also taught him some VERY important things- like how he needs to make/post memes on his account LOLOLLLLLLLLL (tell him we need more bc its my fav)

From me being a patient to protege-has absolutely changed my world and I know a lot of yours too. I have over 500+ written testimonials of results from clients and this community combined. That still astounds and I get more everyday!!!

This is a follow up to our last video- if what you’re doing isn’t working, keep looking!
While I find fungal issues generally create more health issues than other microbes, I do find parasits on probably 70% of my patients. Dealing with them can really benefit your health

Make sure you aren't being re-exposed. And don't try to make it too complicated. Don't worry about moon phases, cycling on and off herbs, etc. I never see the need.

All of the herbs I mentioned can be used with animals also (except potentially vital guard, so don't do that one) so you may want to treat them at the same time as treating yourself.
Helping kids thrive. Follow these steps to set your children up as well as possible
