今一度、2026年日本皮膚科学会総会のまとめを。
まずは6/11（木）には皮膚科のレジェンドの船坂先生とプリンスの竹井ケンジロウ先生と私の３人のセミナーで講演しスタート‼️
お陰様で会場は満席🈵。
お聴きくださり本当に感謝です♥️
その後は、いったん広島に戻って金曜日の夜から日曜日までみっちり皮膚科学会に参加してまいりました。
今回の学会は信州大学皮膚科が担当されており、とても考えられた充実した内容の学会でした。
特に今回私は、爪の病気や酒さ・アトピー性皮膚炎・食物アレルギーなどの講演を聞き、新しい医療について学んでまいりました。
もちろん新しい美容医療の機器も勉強してまいりました。
土曜の夜は皮脂腺をターゲットにしたアビクリアレーザーを持っている先生方と20人ぐらいでミーティングがあり、マレーシアからピーター先生もこられ、乃木田先生、伊東先生、しおり先生達と海外での使用方法や経験についても学んできました。
そのミーティングは白熱し、質問や意見が飛び交い、今後の使用についても新しい学びがありました。
二次会に同じくユーザーのしおり先生と北祇園のワインバーでさらにトークしました。
そして日曜は日曜でいろんなところで刺激をもらい興奮冷めやらぬままフンフン言いながら、新幹線で帰ってきました😄
ご挨拶できた方もご挨拶出来なかった方も本当にありがとうございました😊

その上一個のチップに短い針と長い針が組み合わされたチップもありそれが3D構造になっており、赤みもひかせたいハリ感も出したい方には良いと思います。
少しマニックな話ばかりになりましたが、要は今まで以上に細かい設定ができるマニュアルのスポーツカーみたいな感じですかね😅（笑）

連日の講演活動頑張りました♥️
当院には非常に沢山のレーザーの機械があリます。
それをどういう疾患にどのように使えば効果的なるか？、始めのアプローチをどうすれば良いのかについて熱く語ってきました。
お肌の状況を正確に見極め正しぃ診察をするために、いかに詳細に問診をとったり検査したりするかについても詳しくお話しました。
座長の下村教授や山田先生から質問があったりと充実した会になり、また山田先生のご講演も勉強になりました。
お若いのにしっかり発表されてて、私が医師数年目の頃はアタフタして講演にならない若造でしたが、本当にしっかりされてて素晴らしい先生でした。
私も多くの学びがあり、また広島での診察に役立てたいと思います😊

ここ数年で多汗症の治療は沢山の選択肢が広がりました。
今回の座長は札幌の安部先生、演者は私と長野県の藤田先生でした。
今回の内容は、患者様が脇汗の悩みを病院で話すことはハードルが高いと思われてるので、私のクリニックで話しやすい環境作りや、ついでに脇汗の悩みを話ししてもいいと思うような院内ポスターでの啓蒙について話しをしました。
汗って悪いものではないのですが、どうしても対人的に臭いや汗染みが気になりがちという声が多いです。
また最近のデータで多汗症前線という汗のピークの始まりがいつなのか、というデータがでて、今年の広島は6月22日と発表がありました！
もっと7月とかかなと思っていたら、6月末でした(;ﾟロﾟ)そのデータをもとに当院のデータも発表しました。
ピーク前にじわじわきていると思われ脇汗パッドが手放せない、汗じみが気になり薄い色のお洋服がきれないなどあれば、何パターンか治療法があるので診察室でご相談ください‼️
安部先生も藤田先生も先月開催された広島の学会に来てくださっていて、焼きもみじまんじゅうや学会内容を褒めてくださり、広島があらためてアピールできました✌️

スタートは山陽高校 太鼓〔禅〕の皆さんのパフォーマンス。迫力があり、会場が一気に盛り上がりました。
司会は、枡田 絵理奈アナウンサー。さすがの美しい声とスムーズな進行で、とても心地よい時間に。お人柄も素敵で、ますますファンになりました✨
また、やまだ屋さんのもみじ饅頭の実演や、大和屋酒舗さんの広島のお酒もご用意し、広島の魅力も感じていただけたのではないかと思います。
実行委員として準備してきた甲斐があり、先生方が楽しんでいただけたようで感無量でした。
全国の先生がもみじ饅頭を美味しい美味しいと食べ、賀茂金秀や龍生を飲んでいる姿はまさに感動でした♥️
しっかり学んだあとの時間、全国の先生方と楽しくお話しでき、たくさん声もかけていただき、とても充実した夜になりました😊
