Feeling overwhelmed, emotionally heated, or a bit wired in your chest?

Try this simple reset.

Inhale slowly…
Then exhale with this sound until you run out of breath:

“haaaaaaa” 🔥

Let it be soft and open, like a long sigh releasing heat from the chest.

Pause and notice how you feel.

If there’s a shift, continue your day.

If not, repeat a few rounds.
Let the body settle at its own pace.

You’re not fixing anything just cooling and softening the heart. 🎧😌✨

Feeling sad or stuck in the chest?

Make this sound until you run out of breath. Check in and see if you’re feeling better … if yes then carry on with your day. If not- repeat this exercise until you do. Sometimes it takes a few rounds to regulate the body 🎧😌✨

Feeling short fused, frustrated or stuck?

Make this sound until you run out of breath. Check in and see if you’re feeling better … if yes then carry on with your day. If not- repeat this exercise until you do. Sometimes it takes a few rounds to regulate the body 🎧😌✨

If you’d like to grab a copy of a brief liver pattern outline I made comment the word HEAL. It will also pop you on my newsletter ✨
** These movements are designed to release STUCK QI. So what you’ll find is a feeling of relaxation and at times improved mood, improved nervous system regulation and usually a slightly improvement in digestive function. **

Step one- open the side of the flank / chest cavity. The gall bladder channel runs through the side of the body. 30 seconds here. You can work on it longer it’s really about feeling your body shift then moving to the next area.

Step two - open up the side of the hip as the gall bladder channels runs through the glute. This is great to help lower back pain and stiffness through the side of the legs 🧙‍♀️ 30-60 seconds here.

Step three - tap / whack the side of the glute muscle and tap down the side of the IT band (side of the leg). This too helps to relieve back pain and sciatic pain. 30-60 seconds here moving up and down the leg.

which dominant pattern do you resonate the most to when life gets challenging or a change occurs?

Our body falls into familiar safety patterns when there are periods of stress. One system or organ tends to work harder when life becomes challenging. So which is yours? Comment below 👇 😎

Burping, bloating or reflux?
In Chinese Medicine, this is often a sign your Stomach Qi is moving upward instead of down.

✨ Try this simple daily reset:
Massage REN 12 (centre of the abdomen) 3 times a day to help guide stomach energy downward and calm reflux.

Pair this with a liver-friendly diet to support smooth Qi flow - because when Liver Qi stagnates, it can “attack” the stomach and trigger burping, reflux and bloating.

Small daily habits = calmer digestion 🌿

🧘‍♀️ Massage REN12
🥬 Eat gently + liver-supportive foods
💨 Help Qi flow downward again

Your body doesn’t need force - it needs flow.

Have you tried this before? 🙂

🩺 Try pressing this part of your foot if you are experiencing a heavy nose bleed, heavy period or a wound that’s problematic after you’ve seeked first aid (obviously seek medical help if you need acute wound assistance).

✨ Through clinical experience I have learned that you need to press this point quite firm which some people struggle with as it’s a sensitive area with all the nerves through through the nail bed area. 🫶😬😂✨

🩸 In Chinese medicine the spleen governs the management of blood health but this also includes the blood vessels themselves so by stimulating this point it has an awakening the spleen qi effect and when the spleen is strong it can do its job to plug bleeding and or regulate bleeding patterns more effectively.

✨Try this at home 1-5 minutes each side (both feet).

Non-negotiable daily habits if I was mid-disease recovery or perhaps had chronic fatigue, cancer or a severe deficiency pattern occurring 👇🏾
(Please keep in mind that when I write content like this I cannot speak to everyone’s individual needs at once so I make content from a GENERAL perspective to help) 👇🏾

✔️ sleep- id be getting to bed by 10-1030pm and make sure I’m asleep and passed out by 1030-11 pm LATEST, this is allow the liver to get to work and get MAXIMUM cleansing done so we feel refreshed in the morning.

✔️warm to hot water on an empty stomach first thing to flush my system and get the blood flowing inside out. This not only help our energy levels but it helps hydrates and flush the lymph which does a lot to remove waste and prevent sluggish feelings.
✔️breakfast would need to be the main meal of the day.
The meal needs to be WARM AND HEARTY + protein based. Eggs. Chicken or meat of some sort. If I have carbohydrates it’s warm and gluten free / non processed.
If I was really sick I’d be having soup. Broth etc with rice, barely and fish/chicken.
✔️exercise after breakfast to ensure my cortisol doesn’t spike and I don’t crash in energy later which leads to cravings and poor food choices.
If I’m not exercising that day ( I generally exercise every second day to allow recovery for my system) then I’ll get to work straight after breakfast. If you’re sick you may only be able to do 5-10 mins of movement a day and that is OK, the trick is to slowly move things as you slowly improve. It’s ok to do less, just do less frequently.

✔️I try to do hard tasks that overwhelm my brain in the morning time as our bodies can focus better at this time.
AND. if you struggle with exhaustion or ongoing symptoms of tiredness, you will find you have a spike of energy mid morning so I encourage you to do your hard tasks at this time instead of pushing the body in the evenings.

✔️meditation, prayer, nature time.
An important part of feeling tired can occur from lack of nature time, lack connection to god/spirit, being around negative discussions or lack of connection to good humans.. Read below👇🏾
