When we move rhythmically, we allow the body to release tension that words sometimes cannot.
The body remembers.
But it also knows how to let go.
Today, I had the honour of accepting this 5-Star Taqdeer Award on behalf of my father and his first baby, Aries Marine & Engineering Services.

Yesterday, I found out that he had actually nominated me, and I was selected as one of the Top 100 Young Indian Business Leaders in Dubai 2026.
I feel deeply grateful and humbled. And at the same time, I’ve noticed a quiet inner voice questioning if I’ve done enough or if I’m even ready to accept it.
This is a beautiful reminder for me that recognition doesn’t always arrive when we feel fully prepared for it. Sometimes, it arrives to show us how far we’ve already come. A gentle nudge to pause, acknowledge our own journey, count the wins we often overlook, and give ourselves credit for the growth we’ve lived through.
There is a formula when it comes to doing everything you want to do and no one can tell your otherwise if you follow it.
