Every true surgical lift requires access. And access means incisions.
Incisions mean scars.

The real question isn’t whether scars exist —
it’s where they are placed, how they are designed, and how they heal.

To reach the deeper layers of the face — to lift, reposition, and reshape rather than simply tighten skin — entry points are essential. These are carefully planned and discreetly hidden:
• within the hairline
• in front of the ear
• behind the ear
• under the chin

When done well, these incisions don’t “look like scars.”
They heal softly.
They blend into natural contours.
They fade into the background.

Because facial surgery isn’t about avoiding scars —
it’s about precision, anatomy, and long-term balance.

And that’s where meaningful results live.

Facelift recovery — a question I get very often

I’m often asked about facelift recovery, especially when patients share healing photos with each other, ask questions, and start comparing timelines.

The reality is that facelift recovery varies significantly from person to person. Factors such as high blood pressure, a history of excessive fillers, energy-based device treatments, previous facial procedures, fat grafting, thread lifting, or a combination of these can all contribute to increased swelling and bruising after surgery.

That’s why two patients who undergo similar procedures may heal very differently. Each face has its own treatment history, tissue quality, and biological response, and healing follows its own pace.

This is also why comparing your recovery to someone else’s photos can be misleading. A personalized evaluation and patience during the healing phase matter far more than comparisons
Endoscopic Deep Plane Facial Rejuvenation
Minimal scars. Maximum impact.
POST-OP 4 MONTHS
She came to me not asking to look different, but wanting to feel more confident in the face she already had.

Her concerns were clear and deeply felt: prominent mid-cheek lines, lower eyelid laxity with scleral show, and the sense that her facial features were gradually losing their balance. More than anything, she wanted control over how her face was changing.

Before considering surgery, she had tried to manage these concerns with fillers. Unfortunately, rather than restoring harmony, they added weight and distortion, leaving her feeling worse. Once she decided on a surgical approach, we first dissolved all existing fillers under ultrasound guidance, ensuring a clean, safe foundation before surgery.

From the very beginning, it was clear that a standard approach would not work for her. Her face needed true elevation and repositioning—not camouflage. The goal was harmony, not exaggeration.

She gave full trust and never looked back 🙏🏾 We chose a minimal-scar deep plane facelift, combined with an endoscopic brow and temporal lift, to gently restore the upper and midface. To refine transitions and support her natural structure, microfat grafting was added—enhancing balance without implants, which she never wanted.

A deep neck contouring completed the process, restoring definition and creating a clean, lasting frame for her face. Laser skin resurfacing was the icing on the cake.

What makes this result even more meaningful is her openness. These photos, shared with trust, capture her confidence from every angle. They reflect not only surgical outcomes, but a patient who allowed herself to be seen throughout the process.

My goal is always the same: results that feel natural, honest, and truly theirs.

2025 was a year of growth in every sense.
More patients, more complex cases, a growing team — and a new family member, as I became a father.

Despite the challenges this year brought to the world and our country, I feel nothing but gratitude for my wife, my baby girl, my family, my team and my patients.

Thank you for being part of this journey 🤍
❗️❗️This is not a regular facial rejuvenation post.❗️❗️

This post is a gentle reminder that we are not treating a number. We are treating structure, balance, and anatomy…

It is the story of a beautiful young woman in her twenties who came to us after aggressive subcision treatments for acne scarring had altered the balance and behavior of her facial tissues. What she was experiencing was not aging, but loss of structural harmony. The face no longer rested the way it once did.

When I examined her, it became clear that age was irrelevant. The indication was anatomical. Tissues that had herniated and relaxed needed to be gently released and guided back toward their natural position. This is the essence of the deep plane facelift philosophy. It is not about making someone younger. It is about restoring what belongs where.

Repositioning alone would not have been enough. Her skin had also been through trauma. To support healing and improve texture, we combined the procedure with stem cell enriched fat grafting. Stromal vascular fraction was used to encourage regeneration and help the skin recover in a more natural, balanced way.

She made a very conscious choice not to have a neck lift. Her wish was not to change herself, but to reclaim what had been lost. Nothing more.

In cases like this, there is no single button to press. Structure, support, skin quality, and regeneration all need to be addressed together, thoughtfully and with restraint. The goal is not perfection. The goal is balance, function, and a face that feels like home again.
I am deeply grateful to have been part of her journey.

Facelift in the Late 30s? Does she really need it? 🧐

This is a topic that comes up often and it’s an important one.

Ultimately, “no one but the patient” has the right to decide whether they need surgery in their 30s, 40s, or 60s. We can all have opinions, but aging and how it affects each face is deeply individual.

What is also important to say honestly is this:
diet, exercise, cold showers, facial yoga, mewing, energy-based devices, herbs, green teas, supplements, or peptides cannot correct true skin laxity, restore lost facial volume, lift a descended midface, redefine a heavy or genetically full lower face, or remove excess skin from the lower eyelids.

Likewise, after significant weight loss, none of these methods can truly replace the structural support and softtissue balance that was lost.

If someone was never happy with their neck or lower face even at a younger age, waiting “just because of age” rarely changes that reality it often only allows laxity to progress further.

Why consider a facelift earlier, rather than later?

When surgery is performed before laxity reaches its maximum, there are real advantages:
• Faster and smoother recovery
• Better tissue quality to work with
• More natural, refined results
• Longer durability of the outcome
• Resetting the face to a strong, harmonious baseline so it can age better from that point forward

A facelift is not about chasing youth or freezing time.
It’s about restoring balance, structure, and confidence when the face asks for it, not when the calendar says it’s allowed.

Age is a number.
Indication is anatomy.
From childhood, he faced the challenges of a short face and Class 2 malocclusion—a condition that not only affected the aesthetics of his facial structure but also led to issues with jaw closure and a small airway. Recognizing the importance of early intervention, his journey began under the careful guidance of orthodontist, who meticulously planned his treatment over the years.

As he grew older, the time came to take the next step: orthognathic surgery. The goal was clear—to improve not just his facial aesthetics but also his airway function and the health of his temporomandibular joints.

With ’s expert planning, we performed bimaxillary surgery, carefully aligning his upper and lower jaws. Six months later, to further enhance both his airway and his overall appearance, we completed the process with genioplasty.

Looking back, I believe these treatments have made a profound and lasting impact on his life—enhancing his aesthetics, improving his breathing, and addressing the functional challenges he faced. It’s been a privilege to be part of his journey and to see the transformation unfold.
