This patient came to us with a very common concern known as Gynecomastia — a buildup of fatty or glandular tissue beneath the nipple area. While subtle to some, this can be incredibly frustrating for the person experiencing it and can have a significant impact on confidence, especially during the summer months or in fitted clothing.
Through a small incision, we were able to remove the excess tissue and create a flatter, more contoured appearance to the chest. The patient is feeling great with this area finally addressed and is excited heading into summer feeling more comfortable and confident in a t-shirt.
