Paciente adulta con gran fobia al dentista acude para solucionar su salud buco dental 🥶
Debido al estado oral que presentaba y su gran miedo, optamos por realizar una única cirugía con sedación consciente en la que realizamos las extracciones, colocación de implantes, regeneración ósea y colocación de carga inmediata.
Pasados tres meses, sin necesidad de tomar medidas convencionales, usando colocamos las restauraciones atornilladas de zirconio.
Hemos optado por mandarlo a 🦾🤖🦿para que nos fresen un llavero y nos impriman el pie para hacer un pisa papeles 😬😬

Me hace mucha ilusión compartir con vosotros este artículo… mi primer artículo como primer autor… y no sólo eso!!! Si no que es el primer artículo científico de un caso clínico que se documenta en que se sustituye un implante por un diente, consiguiendo así regenerar sólo con el autotrasplante el defecto provocado por la periimplantitis previa del implante. 🦾😅👍🏼
Paciente adulto que acude a consulta con movilidad en un implante. A la exploración presentaba un canino incluido en el maxilar, el cual debería ser exodonciado para colocar un implante con anclaje más apical. Ya que debíamos realizar la exodoncia del canino, se le propuso el realizar el autotrasplante dental. 🦷🦷🦷
Casi tres años después, este es el aspecto clínico y radiográfico que presenta. 😁😁😁
