La cosa più importante è sapere che l’organismo manda sempre dei segnali: la necrosi non compare all’improvviso. Dopo il trattamento il paziente resta seguito e monitorato, così da poter riconoscere subito eventuali campanelli d’allarme come pallore, rossore o dolore persistente e intervenire tempestivamente per evitare complicazioni.
