💕Ingredientes:
Chocolate zero 500 grs.
Mantequilla sin 280 grs.
azúcar Zulca ligera 500 grs.
Huevos 4 und.
Esencia de vainilla c/n
Harina trigo 250 grs.
Cacao amargo 60 grs.
Sal 1 cdita.
💋Como se hace?
Derretir la mitad del chocolate micro bowl o refractario plástico, en intervalos 10 seg, hasta que todo este casi derretido(ósea veas aun pedazos de chocolate-detente y termina afuera), picar la otra mitad y reservar.
Derretir la mantequilla y mezclarla con el azúcar, los huevos, la vainilla, el chocolate fundido y por ultimo los ingredientes sexos tamizados.
Colocar la preparación en moldes individuales forma de corazón o un molde rectangular, agrégale el resto de los trozos de chocolate por encima y hornear a 180 grados por aprox. 30 min.
*si no tienes moldes de corazón, utiliza un cortador de galleta
💘*el relleno y cobertura Ingredientes:
397 grs. de leche condensada sin azúcar
65 grs. de mantequilla
300 grs de chocolate zero
*Derretir mantequilla, agregar la leche condensada, calentar unos 5 min fuego bajo y agregar el chocolate, refrigera 1 hora
